From employees to managers to admins, everyone has the same dashboard on the HRMS app. The dashboard comes with four options:

Profile Card

The profile card lets you see your info that you upload on sumHR. This includes your image, employee number, job profile, contact details.

Your job profile includes:

1. Designation

2. Department

3. Employee type

4. Manager

Clock-in/Clock-out

To use this feature, you need to have web-login enabled as a clock-in option. The attendance app tracks your location via GPS and displays it on your phone as the clock-in location. You can clock-in by simply long press on the fingerprint animation.

Attendance Logs

This section of the attendance app shows you a shorter version of the attendance logs on your web dashboard. These logs only include the required fields i.e. date, clock-in time, clock-out time, and status.

Employee Directory

You can search for any employee in the organization through the search bar. The directory comes with a call and email button through which you can directly contact others. You can only view the designation and employee numbers of your colleagues for now.

Apart from these 4 features on the homepage, there are also other options that make things more convenient. With the “Share” button, you can quickly share a link to download our HRMS app with others via SMS, WhatsApp, Twitter, Facebook etc.

We have a dedicated feedback section through which you can send in your queries, issues, suggestions for us to plan our app updates.

A power button is located at the top right section of the app. This button allows you easy access to sign out from your profile during off hours.

Da parte dei dipendenti ai manager per gli amministratori, tutti hanno la stessa plancia sul app HRMS. Il cruscotto è dotato di quattro opzioni:

Scheda Profilo La scheda profilo consente di vedere le tue informazioni che hai caricato su sumHR. Questo include la vostra immagine, il numero dei dipendenti, profilo professionale, recapiti.

Clock-in / Orologio-out Per utilizzare questa funzione, è necessario disporre di web-enabled di login come opzione orologio-in. L'applicazione presenze traccia la posizione tramite GPS e li visualizza sul proprio telefono come la posizione di clock-in. È possibile orologio-in semplicemente premere a lungo l'animazione digitale.

registri di presenza In questa sezione dell'app presenze si mostra una versione più corta dei registri di presenza sul web cruscotto. Questi registri includono solo i campi obbligatori vale a dire la data, l'orologio-in, tempo orologio-out, e lo stato.

Elenco dei dipendenti È possibile cercare qualsiasi dipendente dell'organizzazione attraverso la barra di ricerca. La directory è dotato di un tasto di chiamata e-mail attraverso il quale è possibile contattare direttamente gli altri. È possibile visualizzare solo i numeri di designazione e dei dipendenti dei vostri colleghi per ora.

Oltre a queste 4 caratteristiche sulla home page, ci sono anche altre opzioni che rendono le cose più conveniente. Con il pulsante “Condividi”, è possibile condividere rapidamente un link per scaricare la nostra applicazione HRMS con altri utenti via SMS, WhatsApp, Twitter, Facebook, ecc

Abbiamo una sezione di feedback dedicato attraverso il quale è possibile inviare nelle query, problemi, suggerimenti per noi di pianificare i nostri aggiornamenti app.

Un pulsante di accensione si trova nella sezione in alto a destra dell'app. Questo tasto consente un facile accesso per uscire dal vostro profilo durante le ore.
